Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your HAVN purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number via the Contact Us page.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery (a photo helps us resolve it faster) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your preferred bank account or UPI.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
